CVX integrates with your own Puter.com account. You are responsible for storage, billing, and any provider-specific terms. CVX does not custody your data.

• No reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the service.
• Use only in compliance with applicable laws and policies.

You retain ownership of your files and content. You grant CVX the right to process your files solely to provide features like scoring and feedback.

CVX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job outcomes, hiring decisions, or ATS acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using CVX at any time and disconnect your cloud.

We may update these Terms periodically and will revise the “Last updated” date above when changes occur.
